Prime Minister Ehud Olmert received his appointment, based on a political public confidence, on his personal / clean behavior, as an example of behavior and clean actions on behalf of government and for the good of every citizen. Here no final juridical / legal process is needed to be found unfit. - In politics / public behavior additional to legal rules decide public confidence only. B u t allegations even if unfounded maybe sufficient to withdraw the given confidence and come to a brutal decision / judgment of becoming further untenable situations to declare you politically to be unfit to remain in your present position as at present. Member of Knesset Ehud Olmert apparently forfeited the public believe / confidence in his official actions and is being called all over of being involved in ?corruption? even if these have not yet been officially declared or yet proven. Ehud Olmert return your mandate as member of the Knesset as well as Prime Minister of State of Israel without any further delay. - Your declaration in case of indictment by the Attorney General is another one of your unacceptable actions. - You are well aware of lengthy procedures in a case like yours, which may take many many months before possibly even more until such a decision can be made by the Attorney General and Prosecutor General. - Already the starting of the present investigation took from the time the AG receive the first material nearly one year. Your declaration to continue in your position until a possible indictment against you is being posted means you will use your office / power of Prime Minister to fight a possible indictment. A completely unacceptable suggestion / point of view in view of the already published material. Your prelengthen of staying in office is to be considered n o t t o b e I n p u b l I c I n t e r e s t b u t t o s e r v e y o u r p e r s o n a l status by misusing the public?s funds, your office for pure p e r s o n a l reasons only. ?
