| How presumptuous it is to tell Israeli Palestinians what the legitimate rights of non-violent protest are. (and incidentally, were any of the rightist Jews arrested). The failure to come up with a solution to the plight of the Palestinians causes legitimate grievance on behalf of the Israeli Palestinian community, and fortunatley there is enough democracy in Israel today to sanction protest. The comments by some to outlaw this behavior appear ominously fascistic. |
