Actually the Naqba was the result of the Arabs` unwillingness to accept Israel`s independence and the partition plan. "It must be awful to be reminded each year of this tragedy." I agree - it must be, for the Arabs. Self-inflicted calamity (Twice!) by your own stupidity is indeed awful to be reminded of. See, Lakshmi, it`s really quite simple: each time the Arabs tried to push the Jews into the sea, the Jews pushed back. So extremely uncooperative of them, wasn`t it? |
