It happened in 1948, is part and parcel of our story of independence and will remind you of its existence even if the procession does not go ahead. Eyewitnesses both Arab and Jewish live among us today and are talking. Put your blindfold on, block your ears and all will be sweetness and light on your special day - and the Nakba will still be there on the morrow. It won`t go away Mr. Danon. Better face it. |
