| Our Israel basher friends continuous accuse Israel of "ethnic cleansing" in 1948. They fail however to mention that EVERY Jewish community captured by Arab forces in 1948 was wipped off the map. Thus all the Jews were expelled from Gush Etzhion, Yad Mordechai and the Jewish Quarter of the old city together with all the Jews in East Jerusalem. Israel on the other hand generally did not expell Arabs from towns and villages conqured by it in `48 and `67. As we can see, the Arabs ALWAYS expelled ALL of the Jews from towns they conqured but here they are (together with their western anti-semetic fellow travelers) accusing us of ethnic cleansing. Sounds like crocidlie tears to me. |
