| The writer is completely wrong or, worse than that, he is lying through his teeth.. Guantanamo is the Israelization of the `justice` system, No right to bail, defense attornies handpicked by the government, no right to speedy trial or jury of peers, no appeal except to the military, coerced `confessions`gained by use of `enhanced interrogations`; the list goes on. Yet the Israelis and the US government try to call these sham courts `justice`. Just keep telling the masses that real courts are unnecessary; that lack of due process keeps you safe, until you find yourself in front of one of these so-called courts. |
