if a large number of converts from a certain religious court do not practice judaism, then that brings into question the entire conversion process of that court. wittingly or unwittingly, that court practiced sham conversion and their conversion are not valid. no one can be converted to judaism unless they are to practice judaism. if they don`t then they are undergoing a sham conversion just intended for paperwork. annulment of sham conversion has precedent (e.g. the kuttim were a major case in the past) |
