As is having the ability to intercept phonecalls to your enemy giving say the co-ordinates of missile launching facilities.
Not surprising that Hezbollah are learning the lessons of Lebanon2 and is putting in procedures and technology to counter any problems that occured.
What is worrying is the command and control network goes far beyond the borders of Lebanon. |
