especially one based on fundementalist religion cannot recognise any relationships outside of marriage as that would undermine the very basis that the State is founded.
Extramarital sex is something that doesn`t exist, the idea that two people can pledge their life to each other without smashing a glass is anathema to the religious far right such as Shas. Therefore the State will not change, and these ladies and gentleman who have made the ultimate sacrifice do not count.
