Sorry to disappoing you, but genetic studies have confirmed remarkable uniformity of Jews from all over: Russia, Poland, Central Asia, North Africa, Iraq... you name it. Most importantly, there were no or very few overlaps between each group of Jews and the "natives" of their country of origin: e.g. nothing in common genetically with native Russians or Asian/Turkic tribes ( descendants of Khazars). Jews managed to have very little "dilution" of their genes. Good or bad? This is a matter of personal taste, religious or political fervors. But the fact remains: Jews in Israel and elsewhere are direct descendants and inheritors of the ancient Israelites.
BTW, have you ever thought why so many "Palestinians" carry names like Al-Masri ( Egyptian), Ajluni ( Ajlun in Jordan), Bushnak ( Bosnian) etc? Most of the Arab families came to the area after it began to develop under Jewish immigration in 19th century, mainly by the Brits and the French as cheap workforce after WW1. Immigrants :-) |
