| I had the honor to meet with Mr. Al-Qattan on couple of occasions and all I can say and without reservation, he is the most honorable and noble Palestinian man I ever met. He was one of the very few courageous voices to stand up to Arafat when he sided with Saddam against Kuwait causing the forced exile, Nakbba of more than 350,000 Palestinians from Kuwait. Mr. Al-Qattan was the only and lonely courageous voice within the PLO. Arafat and the PLO leadership should have been tried for causing the exile and destruction of the lives of some 350,000 Palestinians. All the other PLO leadership and members of the PNC where castrated cowards in front of Arafat. |
