Olmert had the tact to put it mildly
One arab carrying ammunition (used to try and kill or maim Jewish children) used another arab and her offspring as human shields.
If a bank robber takes hostages and they are killed by police fire, the robber is not charged with "reckless endangerment" he is charged with murder 1 and given the death penalty (I`m not sure what legal recourse remains to the hostage that offered him or herself as said human shield but I`m sure they meet a fitting end) |
