We have seen that the doctored photo superimposed the North Korean reactor face upon the subject of the original photo. Beyond that the original photo clearly shows that the cans which are supposed - but do not - equate to the channels in the reactor in which fuel and control rods will exist, in fact only go a short way down and below that there is just open rebar where `concrete will be poured." Ok, so what if the cavities for the fuel rods do not exist? Where is the graphite moderator necessary for this reactor which cannot contain fuel? The space it will require is to be filled with concrete. How curious? How was this reactor with NO Plutonium separation facilities to create a bomb within 2 years? I guess they were just going to wave a magic wand and suddenly the concrete would turn into graphite, the reactor would have cylinders into which fuel rods could be inserted, and the Plutonium would separate itself. If only we knew these things we could have had an atom bomb in 1942
