it`s understood that what you "meant" to say was what were the "alleged" north koreans doing in "said" building, which has been said to have been empty at the time.
the very latest intelligence has revealed that the north koreans were there in a joint venture to investigate the feasability of producing massive amounts of high quality kimchi that, if successful, would then be exported to n. korea at a relatively low cost.
this not only explains WHY the building was empty at the time, but it also explains why the syrians quickly bulldozed over the ruined building in an attempt to bury its remains.
meanwhile, the n. koreans who "allegedly" died in the attack are suspected to be the cabbage cutters and kimchi masters who were imported to provide technical assistance to the syrian workers who are completely new to making kimchi...and they did not die in the bombing of the kimchi fermentation building, but rather they drowned in an adjacent building that was inundated by a sudden deluge of kimchi when the vats in the fermentation building were ruptured by israeli bombs.
