According to the book "The Missing Peace" by Dennis Ross, the US negotiator from 1987-2001, Golan is already Syria`s from the day that Rabin offered it in the 1990s. That`s how these negotiations are organized, once an offer has been put on the table, it cannot be withdrawn without remapping the entire negotiation process that began in 1987.
When Rabin told Assad (the elder) that he would give Golan for normalization, the offer was pocketed by Syria until Israel makes good on that offer. To say "No." to withdrawal from Golan is simply no longer an option; what you are saying "no." to is the peace process as it has been arranged from day one in 1987. Get with reality, accept that your myth is not true and not serving Israel as a nation any more. Withdraw from occupied lands, seek peace and normalization and help Israel retrieve its Jewishness.
