That Israel`s UN representative uses the international forum to denounce President Carter as a "bigoted enemy of Israel" is a supremely arrogant and contemptable insult to the United States as well as to the man himself. As far as I know, only those who have good reason to fear Carter`s sense of justice and high regard for human rights for all of God`s children could possibly perceive him as the enemy.
