| Many people are talking and writing about Hitler`s "Mein Kampf" ("My Fight"). I once tried to read this book, but I didn`t manage. Reason is the plain bullshit Hitler is throwing at his readers. This book is an offense to intelligence. I am fairly sure even the party comrades of the inner circle of the NSDAP (National Socialist Democratic Workers Party) - the political arm of the Nazis - didn`t read this book. Because of "optical reasons" under Nazi-dictatorship many people had a picture of Hitler hanging at some wall, preferably not in the toilet, and the same reasoning applies to "Mein Kampf". But only a few really read it. I am absolutely convinced that almost all who are talking and writing about this book today are not really knowing what they dealing with. Until this very day for me it`s a secret, how it was possible for those Nazi-fanatics to get hold of the Germans. But I assume: Reading of "Mein Kampf" could have decimated Hitler`s followership. |
