1) there are many copies buried in german attics (having it is not forbidden, just buying it is....), it was given out for free to everybody during the Nazi aera. people had better things to do after the war than going book hunting to throw it out
2) it is unreadable. i doubt that anybody but a few historians has read that glibberish. Hitler was crazy. none of the senses make any sense.
3) the book is read in excerpts (which again is not forbidden) in many high school in the course of the history curriculum. people know it already. nobody is going to buy it anyway. |
