The Associated Press: Ex-prosecutor: Israel lied about extent of anti-U.S. spying in '80s

The AIPAC prosecutors are putting heat on the judge as well. AIPAC defense attorney`s have been trying to get a dismissal on grounds the government is unwilling to provide all the classified information they have been demanding. Also, key witnesses that AIPAC lawyers want to testify but government prosecutors want to keep out, including Cheney and Rice to name a few, and this arrest of an Israeli spy will make a dismissal less likely - but then again, does anyone know if the judge is Jewish?

In any case, I still believe it was a move aimed at influencing potential jurors. I hope they read Haaretz, since this story is kept buried in the American press. No surprise there. Israel could fire 400 nukes on America and not likely it will be reported on in the news. I can see it now, the three amigos, Roger Ailes, head of Fox News or Dan Abrams head of MSNBC and Jonathan Klein of CNN giving us the story the body of Natalie has been found as millions of Americans get incinerated. Granted this is hyperbole but you get the point.
