that I believe was due to start on April 29 of this month? It`s clear that AIPAC has been trying to scuttle the case with endless delays and shrewd despicable legal maneuvering. If they are innocent, let`s have a trial and find out but AIPAC to date has succeeded in delaying this case for over 3 years. The lead prosecutor has left the case and so I`m guessing the frustration of that case has led to the recent arrest of this elderly traitor who I`m sure the government knew was a spy but for political reasons decided to keep the case dormant. This is not new, as over 400 spies were rounded up prior to 9-11 to only be allowed to escape capture - once again because of the power of the Jewish Lobby. As I recall a Fox report( that`s right that anti-Israel propaganda machine) by Carl Cameron said the case of Israeli spying was not pursued because to do so would be "career suicide". The AIPAC spy case, after much delay, is scheduled to start on April 29 of this month? A coincident Kadish was arrested the same month, just weeks before the trial? A clever move by the prosecutors of the AIPAC case to influence the jury pool. AIPAC lawyers thought they were clever with their rough handed tactics but it looks like they have been check mated. It was AIPAC lawyers who insisted on a jury trial - thinking government would be less likely to release sensitive information to Joe Shmoe and therefore drop the case all together. That backfired, the jury pool will now be reading another case of Israeli spying as they wait to hear the AIPAC case. Gotta love it!!
