| I could see 1,2 and 4 of your plan potentially happening, but not 3. Israel is never going to accept a solution in which any immigration by Arabs is guaranteed by quotas. To solve the refugee issue, the Arab states should pool some of their oil money to build houses in West Bank and Gaza. 4 of your proposal has the small flaw of making Israel non-contiguous, which Israel would certainly see as a problem. And, you should have mentioned that any such deal must encompass a complete peace agreement, including - Arab obligation to move with prejudice against any violators of the treaty, including incitement to terror - trade and visa agreements - peace in spirit as well as in letter, that is removal of anti-Israeli propaganda in schools and media |
