This is a very strange case. Im reserving all judgment about who did what.
One the one hand, the accused felt innocent enough to hand over their video. Not out of stupidity, but out of a feeling of innocence.
On the other hand, the video apparently did record problematic behavior that corroborated the accusation.
It may be a complex incident.
Fortunately, it is on camera. The judge has objective evidence to make a fair decision.
I just watched a movie about a young man whose life was destroyed by a mistaken accusation of rape.
Let the court sift thru the evidence carefully.
I value the American principle of innocent until proven guilty. |
