| Hamas the worse enemy of Israel than Islamic Jihad....???? I think everybody who has followed this conflict over the past years/decades, should know that this is not the case. Islamic Jihad is still more extreme than Hamas in its ideological views and acting. In fact, Islamic Jihad has shown over the past few years to be a "pure" terror-organization. Since I have seen this movie on German TV (ARD) a few years ago, where the (Hamas) mayor of a West Bank village was having tea and a good "chat" with some Israeli business men, I don`t buy this eternal Hamas-Israel hostility anymore. This movie has opened my eyes and clearly shown that a lot more would be possible, even between Israelis and Hamas people, if BOTH SIDES only wanted to..... With regard to defensible borders: Bradley, this is really an "old hat", everybody knows that Israel can keep some of the strategic important big settlements along the "Green line" in ex- change for land...... |
