| Nothing to warrant arrest is an amusing phrase for an Israeli to use. Administrative detention means the prisoner has not been arrested because Israel doesn`t have any charges to hold him under. How about (as a civilized nation would do) charging those arrested with a crime, and release all against whom a crime cannot be proven. |
