| Dear #8, In your remarks you state that by selling bread we are removing Jewish identity in Israel. Understandable. However, I wonder if those who force their practices and beliefs on others more hurtful to the Jewish identity since they refuse to respect that we are all made in the image of G-d and moreover can think for ourselves. If you have to force your belief and ritual system on others how great is your system of practice anyway? Throughout Jewish history we have had a variety of Jewish thought and practice across the spectrum...(ie- Saduccees and Pharissees). Let us just get along and choose to practice in the way each of use sees fit... |
