| Hamas wants the civilian population in Gaza to suffer. I never understand how this serves their purpose, but it serves our own apologists purpose very well: the people of Gaza want Hamas out. Except they don`t seem to want them out. They voted them in, and they take heart from their military actions - though they must be deeply (if secretely) embarassed by terror actions against Israeli civilians. |
