What facts am I ignoring? Is it not true that you can enter almost any arab village and find lovely homes and cars while the public areas are neglected, while in Jewish communities this is not the case. And don`t tell me that it is because of discrimination. Most of these public areas are paid for by the arnona of the local residents. If there are financial problems in the arab communities it is becauise the payment rate of local taxes is abysmally low.
Also, show me an arab village that doesn`t have garbage heaps around it.
