With the price of a barrel at $116.69, sanctions do not matter, Unless the world`s countries ban trading in Iranian oil.

And that is not going to happen. On account without Iranian oil we would be looking at over $200 possibly $300 a barrel, and the world`s economy would not be able to survive that. Nor would elected leaders in democracies, and that is why Iran will be a nuclear power by the end of the year, but more likely in August during the Olympics.
