| IW, please don`t put words in my mouth. The term "mad" in my title was addressed at those Italian voters who helped re-electing "Clown" Berlusconi into office and "Clown" Mrs. Nirenstein into the Italian parliament. But I never said that Mrs. Nirenstein is mad. In order to make such a claim, I simply would have to know a little bit more about her. But after having read the article, I came to the conclusion, that like Mr. Berlusconi, she is just an overly self-confidant (politcal) "Clown". The terms "mad" and "Clown" don`t have to exclude each other, but they are also not synonyms. Although in the case of Oriana Fallaci they surely are synonyms....she is defintitely both a "Clown" and (at least a little bit) "mad"..... |
