| On the contrary it is the native Israeli visitors to our parks and beaches that leave the trash behind not Tourists from abroad! I see the messes the families that come to picnic near Atlit,or the Carmel leave behind, they come with grills and paperplates, forks napkins, meats etc and take only the grills when they leave, the rest of the stuff is left in heaps on the ground as if they expect someone else to clean up after them! How arrogant and lazy they are not to take their trash back with them to be placed in a proper waste bin. It ruins the pleasure of being in nature for those of us that are careful to take out our trash when we leave. There is a saying When you go out to nature leave only your foot prints behind when you go! This lesson needs to be drilled into the Israeli public`s brain, because it is horrible to see all the trash all over the place because of the lazy Israeli picknickers! |
