| It looks like construction was completed on the facility in the center of the picture, and then covered over with dirt. Also, roads under construction were completed and the facility in the lower center was completed too. Lots of NEW buildings in the center areas were finished as well as the upper right... Yup. they got rid of the evidence by completing it and putting it underground. |
