If we look at other countries that fell to the Germans during WW@ we see that, excepting some Baltic Nations, the Polish jews were almost all murdered, with the active participation of the local population.
There is no other country where there was a Pogrom still in 1946.
Our good President Peres is travelling the World over and trying only to say nice things. He should stay home and, like all old soldiers, vanish. Let`s try to have "correct" diplomatic and biz. relations with Poland and, maybe in another 30-40 years the time will be ripe to give it "another try" in our relations with Poland. Sorry for all you guys who already have got yr. brand new Polish EEC Passport, but it still hurts too much. |
