If Palestinians used these methods, are Shin Bet operatives going to say, Oh, that`s okay, because we use torture too? You bet they are not...we`ll hear the usual rot about how uncivilized Palestinians are... Israel cannot take the moral high ground against Palestinians and employ torture at the same time. The same is true for America and Iraq, (curse Bush as the first president who officially allowed some forms of torture). Regards |
