Electricity from the Israeli and Egyptian networks is still being streamed freely to Gaza, household gas is freely available. The Gazan authorities deliberately took much less fuel than was available to them over the past period and used 50% of that minuscule sum for their own purposes. Look at Gaza and not at Israel for your villains.
