| Actually the prison compound is not in the middle of nowhere. It is situated on a main road junction in the north of Israel and very visible to all passing through. 60 prisoners participated in the digs and one interviewed on TV last night could barely contain his excitement at the discovery, admitting that he had never paid attention to such things before. So perhaps you associate your jails in LA with purgatory (or is that in your mind), but leave Israel out of your fantasies. |
