The naval component of UNIFIL is almost exclusively NATO. And you advocate Israel go to war against NATO. Is there a better way to empower Hezbollah than having Israel`s small frigate navy destroyed by NATO? You might want to remember that an attack on one NATO member is an attack on all of NATO, including the US. The US Navy no longer sends unarmed ships in harm`s way.
