| Although it is good to see that this is being brought to the attention of the Israeli public, it is a well known fact amongst the Palestinian population. Thousands of ordinary citizens, not suspected of anything, are called to the Shin Bet offices and asked to "work" with them. Veiled threats against family members or to refuse much needed permits are the usual tactics used. |
