| ...in the poisoning case...that although the two Palestinians has confessed, how did any of us know under what duress? This article confirms that the Shin Bet indeed do use torture, which is what I`ve certainly suspected. Therefore, the accuracy of the confessions of the two Palestinians in the poisoning case is thrown into doubt. Of course, they may indeed have been guilty. But also, their confessions could have obtained through torture...no surprise here... |
