Facinating, the prison digs which reveal a church which may be the oldest in the world,even thrilling, and a lot of religious significance. I was reading it with fascination and then......it finishes with this tourism minister who is just thinking how much money he can make with it by making it a tourist destination.
You sometimes get the idea we are just concerned about survival and making money?!
Just some quite admiration of the history of the land, and it`s cultural diversity would be welcome, and also benneficial to a more respectfull and peacefull climate in the `holy` land. Ray |
