So what will they do? relocate the prison or maybe cordon of the excavation site seperating it from the prison? this sort of discovery is far more valuable than the prison space, it is worth building a new wing somewhere else for the prison, perserve and open the excavation to tourists. There is no deep and mysterious reason why it had to be under a prison holding palestinian prisoners, but it is slightly ironic.
