Keep the fuel depot shut down until the safety of the Israeli personnel there can be guaranteed with 100% certainty. There is nothing in any international law that requires Israel to risk its peoples lives to provide fuel (or food or medicine) to any combatant population that persists in attacking those who do the providing. Since Hamas can not be trusted, and refuses to stop firing at the terminals and crossings, supplying fuel to Gaza should be suspended until proper fortifications can built around them, and until Hamas regime voluntarily agrees to establish a no-mans-land for 1000 meters north, south and west on its side of the fence, to prevent infiltration and sniping near the terminals and depots. This could take weeks to do properly. Too bad, Gaza. If Olmert doesn`t want to do this, Israeli labor unions know how to strike Dor Alon to protect their members from unsafe working conditions.
