It is unbelievable that in the name of "good Jewish Education", people are willing to torture their children to the level that has been revealed in the past few weeks. But I gather that since this is Israel and since these people are pious jews, a lot of "understanding", alot of "respect" and alot of "sensitivity" will make these people get of light. Even now, it is rather incredible that the High Court was necessary to keep this medieval monster from Bet Shemesh in jail!
Where are the chief rabbis? Of course nice statements have been made, duty was done and lipservice was paid. But do they really care? Maybe they dont see the big harm in what was done to these children in the name of jewish education? But we must understand these pious people, these half gods that serve the jewish people with their prayer and their direct line to GOD. Even the courts did not demand that she reveals herself in front of her judges!!!!!
