| Utagwa, if Israel were to take all of its cues from the U.S., we`d revisit mistakes that we in America consider wrong today. Take our treatment of African-Americans, first under slavery and later under oppression. Just because the U.S. did it doesn`t make it right and certainly doesn`t excuse modern day mistreatment of the Palestinians on a daily basis....again: roadblocks, settlements, harassment, perpetuation of a two-tiered society. |
