| You are right. There is a tendency to generalize for the sake of simplicity. For the record, I know that there are lots of Jews who are not zionists, right wing fanatics, or Arab haters. The tendency is even more pronounced when many Israeli Jews refer to Palestinians, as if they are all Hamas "terrorists" or supporters of Hamas "terror". You just have to take these posts with a grain of salt, since in many cases, people are actually trying to give offense rather than avoid giving offense. |
