This was a beautifully expressed essay. How anyone can possibly find fault with it is and tear down the hopes expresed here is shocking! Calling it `leftist dribble,` accusing him of wanting Jews to lose, saying it is hopeless, arguing that there is so such thing as a Palestinian people....
We should be ashamed of ourselves! That so many of our own, our Jewish brothers and sisters, who know about Jewish values, have allowed themselves to learn such hate for other human beings is devastating. The vitriol and hate expressed in forums like these towards Palestinians and Arabs and Muslims in general is something I never would have thought we would be capable of. Is it not a sin against the values of the Torah and the 10 commandments when you stop seeing other people as humans and feel towards them hate and anger that you wouldn`t dare show to a dog in the street. I am no longer religious, but if I were I would be damned scared of some good old fashion divine retribution for all this hate! |
