If Ramon would only listen to his counterparts in Hamas, he would realize that Ofra is no different a settlement that Yaffo or Haifa. To the Palestinians, all of Israel is on stolen and private Palestinian land. To the Palestinian in refugee camps in Lebanon or Gaza, his family was "expelled" from Yaffo and has no interest in Ofra. He won`t be satisfied until Yaffo is his home.
So tell Haim Ramon to keep his big mouth shut unless he is willing to put Yaffo, Netanya and the rest of Israel on the butcher block as well |
