The article itself states that the previous use of the land was a Jordanian Army Base - which is not private property, rather property of the belligerent entity that joined a genocidal war of extermination against Israel`s Jews in `67. Hence, that area is unquestionably the legal posession of the State of Israel. The fact that Hot Lips Ramon is not a legal expert is nothing new. |
