It`s different for Hezbollah, Indrajaya. They have much stronger backing from other Muslim countries than any Palestinian faction does. Because Hezbollah can receive donations and aid freely, while the Palestinians cannot.
I`m shocked to see the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades shut down, but perhaps it`s a sign of the times. I no longer think the Palestinians can ever hope to achieve even decent lives under Israeli occupation, never mind a state. Israel controls everything over there, backed up by its guardian America. I think Zubeidi is correct. If I were a Palestinian, I would try to leave the West Bank as soon as I can. Israel has made any future for the Palestinians impossible. If some think of this as Israel`s success, all it shows is that Israel`s brutal methods of controlling the Palestinians has finally induced despair. It is shameful.
