| The Un refers to Israel`s answer to Qassam rocket attacks of not taking care of all the Gazann`s illnesses as "collective punishment". This phrase seems to me to mean that the UN feels there should be punishment for the Gazans for the qassams but not collective punishment. Therefore I ask the UN to offer to Israel what type of punishment is okay in their view. |
