| HOW do we know Abraham did NOT love Sarah? Go to First Moses 12:11-13 and 20, where Abraham "pimps", "prostitutes" Sarah to the king of Egypt and to the king Abimelek of Gerari in order to save his own life. The kings however learn that Sarah is Abraham´s wife and feel appalled. Therefore they reward Abraham abundantly with cattle and jewelry. That is how Abraham became a wealthy man!!!! NO man, who loves his wife, descends so low as to pimp his wife! BUT Abe did just that! A man, who loves his wife, loves also the children from his wife. Abraham did NOT love Isac and was ready to sacrifice him pretty easily! Would Abraham have been just as willing to sacrifice Ishmael? I doubt it. Take my letter as a woman´s logic. AND I also apologize in advance, if the TRUTH hurts yours or anybody´s religious sensitivities. |
